Typically, we need 12-48 hours to respond but keep in mind that we cannot respond without any contact information. Please keep every contact, if possible, in English or German. If you contact us in German, we will respond in German. Otherwise we will always respond in English. You can also use the contact form if you want some special feature within our app, but keep in mind that we have limited resources in our team, and we cannot fulfill every request. Additional languages in our apps (except English and German) are mostly done by the community because our team does not speak other languages. So, if you want additional languages please check out the corresponding community project (if there is one, it will be linked on the Information page within the app). Nonetheless, we hope you like our apps and that you don't encounter to many problems with it.
