Terms of Use – Software Notion MCP Server

1. Provider and service
The Software Notion MCP server (https://mcp.software-notion.de/mcp) is operated by Software Notion, Sebastian Kruse, Kornblumenring 40, 31600 Uchte, Germany. AI assistants can use it to search excerpts of the game data of Software Notion companion apps and to show matching Software Notion apps with their download links. The service is provided free of charge and without registration.
2. Permitted use
You may use the service only through a compatible AI assistant and for personal, non-commercial purposes. Automated mass downloads, scraping of the full data set, attempts to circumvent technical limits and any use that impairs the service are not permitted.
3. Content and accuracy
The game data is an excerpt that we compiled with care. It may be incomplete, outdated or differ between game versions. Answers in the assistant are generated by the assistant provider. We do not control them and are not responsible for their wording. The game companion apps are unofficial fan apps and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the respective game publishers. All game names and trademarks belong to their owners.
4. Intellectual property
The compilation of the data, the app descriptions and the software of the service are protected. Except for normal use within the assistant, you may not copy, republish or commercially exploit them without our consent.
5. Availability
We may change, restrict or discontinue the service at any time. There is no entitlement to a particular level of availability.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded.
7. Privacy
Our privacy policy for the MCP server explains how we handle data.
8. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

KI-Assistenten können damit Auszüge der Spieldaten der Software Notion Companion-Apps durchsuchen und passende Software Notion Apps mit Download-Links anzeigen. Der Dienst ist kostenlos und ohne Registrierung nutzbar.
2. Zulässige Nutzung
Sie dürfen den Dienst nur über einen kompatiblen KI-Assistenten und für private, nicht-kommerzielle Zwecke nutzen. Nicht erlaubt sind automatisierte Massenabrufe, das Auslesen des gesamten Datenbestands, Versuche, technische Begrenzungen zu umgehen, sowie jede Nutzung, die den Dienst beeinträchtigt.
3. Inhalte und Richtigkeit
Die Spieldaten sind ein sorgfältig erstellter Auszug. Sie können unvollständig oder veraltet sein oder sich zwischen Spielversionen unterscheiden. Die Antworten im Assistenten erzeugt der Anbieter des Assistenten. Wir haben darauf keinen Einfluss und sind für ihren Wortlaut nicht verantwortlich. Die Spiele-Companion-Apps sind inoffizielle Fan-Apps und stehen in keiner Verbindung zu den jeweiligen Spiele-Publishern, die sie auch nicht unterstützen. Alle Spielenamen und Marken gehören ihren Inhabern.
4. Geistiges Eigentum
Die Zusammenstellung der Daten, die App-Beschreibungen und die Software des Dienstes sind geschützt. Über die normale Nutzung im Assistenten hinaus dürfen Sie sie ohne unsere Zustimmung weder vervielfältigen noch veröffentlichen oder kommerziell verwerten.
5. Verfügbarkeit
Wir können den Dienst jederzeit ändern, einschränken oder einstellen. Ein Anspruch auf eine bestimmte Verfügbarkeit besteht nicht.
6. Haftung
Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit sowie nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur für die Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten, begrenzt auf den vertragstypischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung ausgeschlossen.

8. Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften Ihres Wohnsitzstaates bleiben unberührt. Sollte eine Bestimmung unwirksam sein, bleiben die übrigen Bestimmungen wirksam.
